PAYMENT
PLANS:
We’ve made traveling to Israel an easy and affordable experience. There are two ways of paying for your trip. Pay in full, or take advantage of the no-interest, monthly payment plan.
The monthly payment plan is easy to set up – pay a $150 deposit per person, and the rest of the balance is divided evenly over the remaining months. Payment plans must be paid in full 60 days before the trip.

Purchasing your own flight for the tour?

If you purchase your own flight to and from Tel Aviv, you must arrive at the Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) between 12PM - 6PM on April 3, 2024. Shuttles run from 2PM - 7PM, times dependent on flight schedules. Please note that you will need to plan your arrival in Tel Aviv in order to join the Israel Video Project with New City Church Group Shuttles that will run with the first at 2PM and the last at 7PM.
For departure, there will be one group shuttle to the airport on April 12th in the evening. Please make your departure flights no sooner than 10:30PM. If you do, you will need to provide your own transportation to the airport. If you are staying longer in Israel you also will need to provide your own transportation to the airport for your flight departure.

INSURANCE
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Policies including a "cancel for any reason" policy offers the broadest coverage. It is best to purchase within 14 days of booking your reservation. This covers travel interruptions and the land package part of your trip.
