All hotels are included in your tour package dates for February 22nd through February 28th. The tour will conclude in the morning on February 28th and a shuttle will take guests to the airport. If you would like to book additional nights before or after the tour dates, you must do so on your own. Many guests have had a good experience booking through hotels.com or booking.com. You assume all responsibility when booking and choosing a hotel outside the tour dates.

Pricing is based on double occupancy (2 people per room), so the rate for booking a single room alone is higher. If you are looking to book for just yourself but are interested in finding a roommate to help with cost, the team has set up a private Facebook group for you to coordinate that. Unfortunately, we are not able to assign a roommate for you, but we hope this group helps to facilitate some great connections for a wonderful trip!

All deposits are non-refundable. Other payments made are refundable up to 90 days before the tour; however, registrations are transferable for a $100 fee for the first guest in your group and a $50 fee for the second and third guests in your group. If you have any questions regarding your registration, please get in touch with PREMIER directly.

On this tour we will be staying at the Monasty Hotel in Thessaloniki, the Grand Meteora Kalambaka, and the Marriott in Athens. Registration pricing is based on two people per room or double occupancy. If you are traveling alone, you will be assigned to your own room, and your package price will be higher.

Lodging in Greece is based on double occupancy and a per person rate not just a rate for the room. The rate to register as a single guest is higher because you will receive your own room.

If you want to book a two-guest package and you don’t know the name of your companion, please get in touch with PREMIER directly to make arrangements.​

If you find someone you would like to room with on the Facebook Group, don't hesitate to get in touch with PREMIER, and they can assist you with receiving the lower rate.

You can add a roommate to your registration, which would lower your overall cost. Please get in touch with PREMIER directly to do so.

Yes, current and valid passport information is required to register. If you are in the process of receiving or updating your passport, please follow instructions on the registration page. Make sure to send PREMIER the updated information upon receiving.

Air-conditioned transportation will be available by bus to and from the hotels and sites. You will have access to free Wi-Fi on most buses. There are ground transfers available from the airport to the hotel you can acquire on your own if needed. Ground transfers are included with the price on the arrival day to the hotel and departure day to the airport.

• Travel insurance is available and recommended. We offer Travel Guard policies for basic travel insurance. It is best to purchase within 14 days of booking your reservation. This covers travel interruptions and the land package part of your trip.

• It is no longer a requirement to have a travel health/medical insurance policy that covers the treatment of COVID-19. It is recommended, however, to purchase an insurance policy that includes a "cancel for any reason" policy which offers the broadest coverage.

• Flight insurance is separate.

A valid passport with an expiration date no less than three months after the return date of the trip is required. There are no exceptions to this policy. A travel visa is not required.

We encourage you to inform your health insurance provider that you will be traveling out of the country and to determine your coverage and medical care options while in Greece. There are no specific immunizations or medications that are recommended or required for travel to Greece, but you are welcome to connect with your primary care physician regarding their recommendations for you individually. Please keep in mind that you can buy the equivalent of the most standard over-the-counter medicines in Greece.

We will provide a list of recommended items and clothing to all trip participants before our tour. Please plan to bring comfortable shoes or sneakers, as there will be a lot of walking. For women, knees and shoulders must be covered at certain religious sites (monasteries).

Most activities will include walking, so participants will be walking approximately 2-3 miles per day. We would recommend wearing comfortable shoes or sneakers each day. Most walks will be light to moderately strenuous, and there will be daily breaks as you travel to and from sites. Please keep in mind that walks can typically include steps. Some sites could be difficult to fully experience if there are physical disabilities with walking long distances or problems with uneven terrain.

While Greece is a very safe country to visit and tour, your safety is a top priority. We use various measures to ensure the safety of participants, but we also encourage participants to take precautions they normally would when traveling to another city or country.

Tap water is safe to drink in Greece and bottled water will be available. We encourage you to bring a reusable bottle for your trip.

Yes, you will have free Wi-Fi on most buses and in hotels. Many cafes and restaurants also offer complimentary Wi-Fi. ​

Please check with your phone service provider to determine if you will need to purchase an International plan to use your phone in the country. WhatsApp is a widely used communication app while in Greece and can be downloaded prior to arrival.

Most Greek hotels, restaurants, and stores accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa cards as well. You can also use your credit/debit card to obtain Euros (EUR) at ATMs throughout Greece.

Most hotel rooms are equipped with hairdryers, and all have shaver sockets. For other appliances, Greece’s electricity is 230V A/C, single phase 50-cycles; 110V-230V transformers can be used. Greek outlets have two prongs (Type C and F). European two-prong adapters usually work. We suggest bringing a converter and adapter for any of your devices.
