​ARE REGISTRATIONS CANCELLABLE OR TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL?
All deposits are non-refundable. Other payments made are refundable up to 90 days before the tour; however, registrations are transferable for a $100 fee for the first guest in your group and a $50 fee for the second and third guests in your group. If you have any questions regarding your registration, please get in touch with PREMIER directly.

HOW IS LODGING DETERMINED?

Registration pricing is based on two people per room or double occupancy. If you are traveling alone, you will be assigned to your own room, and your package price will be higher.

DO I NEED TO KNOW MY ROOMMATE WHEN I BOOK?
If you want to book a two-guest package and you don’t know the name of your companion, please get in touch with PREMIER directly to make arrangements.

IF I PURCHASE A SINGLE GUEST PACKAGE, CAN I ADD A ROOMMATE AFTER I HAVE REGISTERED?

You can add a roommate to your registration, which would lower your overall cost. Please get in touch with PREMIER directly to do so.

​WHAT IF I NEED AN EXTRA HOTEL NIGHT BEFORE OR AFTER THE TRIP?
All hotels are included in your tour package dates. If you would like to book additional nights before or after the tour dates,  you must do so on your own. You assume all responsibility when booking and choosing a hotel outside the tour dates. As always, please contact PREMIER at 800-889-5265 for any questions. *If you have purchased your flight through Jackson Travel, they also can help with hotel bookings.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A PASSPORT TO REGISTER?
Yes, current and valid passport information is required to register. If you are in the process of receiving or updating your passport, please follow instructions on the registration page. Make sure to send PREMIER the updated information upon receiving.

HOW WILL TRANSPORTATION WORK?
Air-conditioned transportation will be available by bus to and from the hotels and sites. You will have access to free Wi-Fi on most buses. There are ground transfers available from the airport to the hotel you can acquire on your own if needed. Ground transfers are included with the price on the arrival day between a specified timeframe and one group transfer on departure day to the airport.

CAN I PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Travel insurance is available and recommended. It is best to purchase within 14 days of booking your reservation. This covers travel interruptions and the land package part of your trip. Flight insurance is separate. Confirm with your travel insurance policy if it covers medical to satisfy the travel medical insurance requirement.

WHAT DOCUMENTATION IS NECESSARY FOR TRAVEL TO GREECE?
A valid passport with an expiration date no less than 3 months after the return date of the trip is required. There are no exceptions to this policy.

WHAT MEDICAL PREPARATIONS DO I NEED TO TAKE?

We encourage you to inform your health insurance provider that you will be traveling out of the country and to determine your coverage and medical care options while in Greece. There are no specific immunizations or medications that are recommended or required for travel to Greece, but you are welcome to connect with your primary care physician regarding their recommendations for you individually. Please keep in mind that you can buy the equivalent of most standard over-the-counter medicines in Greece and Greek Isles.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY SPECIAL CLOTHING OR OTHER ITEMS?

We will provide a list of recommended items and clothing to all trip participants before our tour. Please plan to bring comfortable shoes or sneakers, as there will be a lot of walking. For women, knees and shoulders must be covered at Holy sites.

HOW MUCH WALKING DO I NEED TO BE PREPARED FOR?
Most activities will include walking, so participants could be walking approximately 2-3 miles during shore excursions and while in Athens. We would recommend wearing comfortable shoes or sneakers each day. Most walks will be light to moderately strenuous. Please keep in mind that walks can typically include steps and uneven terrain. Some sites could be difficult to fully experience if there are physical disabilities with walking long distances or problems with uneven terrain.

CAN I DRINK TAP WATER IN GREECE?

Tap water is safe to drink in Greece and the larger Greek Isle, but bottled water is also available for purchase. We encourage you to bring a reusable bottle for your trip.

WILL THERE BE ACCESS TO WI-FI?

Hotels and the ship will have Wi-Fi available for hotel guests at customary prices. Basic Wi-Fi and Premium Wi-Fi services are available for purchase on the cruise ship via a Basic Wi-Fi or Premium Wi-Fi packages to suit your needs. You will have free Wi-Fi on the buses and in some hotels. Many cafes and restaurants also offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

WILL I BE ABLE TO USE MY CELL PHONE WHILE IN GREECE AND ONBOARD?
Please check with your phone service provider to determine if you will need to purchase an International plan to use your phone in the country. WhatsApp is a widely used communication app and can be downloaded prior to arrival. While onboard, the cruise ship uses Wireless Maritime Service to offer advanced roaming onboard. Guests will be billed at rates similar to international roaming which will be billed to their monthly bill by their home network.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
Greece uses the euro as its official currency. Credit and debit cards — especially Visa and Mastercard — are widely accepted at shops, restaurants, and tourist facilities. Some other cards like American Express may work in larger establishments. In small cafés, remote islands and local markets cash (euros) is often preferred or required. For convenience — and to cover small payments, tips, or situations where card terminals fail — it’s wise to carry a modest amount of cash in euros, even if you plan to use a card most of the time.


HOW DO I MAKE PURCHASES ONBOARD?

Your SeaPass is a room key that will be waiting in your stateroom or mailbox when you arrive onboard. Your SeaPass lets you into your stateroom and doubles as your Onboard Account charge card. You can show your SeaPass at bars, dining, and other venues onboard when you'd like to make purchases. The credit card tied to your booking may be authorized for large amounts while you're onboard and will be charged at the end of the cruise.

WILL I NEED TO BRING A POWER ADAPTER?

Yes, we suggest bringing a converter and adapter for any of your devices as Greece uses Type C and Type F sockets. The standard voltage in Greece is 230V at 50 Hz. Most hotel rooms are equipped with hairdryers, and all have shaver sockets. 


ARE THERE LAUNDRY SERVICES ONBOARD?
Self-service laundry is not available onboard, however there is a full laundry and dry-cleaning service available onboard for reasonable rates.


WHAT IF I EXPERIENCE SEASICKNESS?
If you are concerned that the motion may impact your cruise, you may consider picking up some medication from your local pharmacy to bring along. Dramamine is an option but can cause drowsiness. It is best at nighttime. Bonine (Meclizine) is another great option to take during the day and it is available onboard, 24 hours a day, at no charge to guests who are feeling seasick. Guests can visit the Medical Facility or the Guest Relations Desk to obtain the medication.
